At the heart of it all, our Client Success Lead empowers internal champions, drives engagement, and brings our mission to life.

Role Summary

As a  Client Success Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our clients’ success - turning first interactions into lasting partnerships.

You’ll guide organisations through seamless onboarding, build momentum from day one, and support internal champions to embed Mindflick into the everyday flow of how their teams think, work, and grow.

This isn’t about account management - it’s about sparking adoption, empowering champions, and creating the conditions for people and businesses to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding with impact – create excitement and energy in the early stages of a client’s journey, setting them up for long-term success with Mindflick.
  • Champion engagement – support and coach internal client champions, equipping them to embed Mindflick across their organisation and sustain momentum.
  • Drive adoption and growth – monitor usage, spot opportunities, and guide clients towards expanding their impact
  • Manage multiple clients with ease – build strong relationships, anticipate needs, and provide proactive, value-led support across a dynamic portfolio.
  • Be the client’s voice internally – collaborate with product, growth, and delivery teams to shape tools, features, and experiences that truly deliver.
  • Use data to guide decisions – keep CRM data (e.g. HubSpot) clean and actionable, track engagement, and identify risks or opportunities early.
  • Own renewals and upsells – support contract conversations and ensure clients see the ongoing value of partnering with Mindflick.

Experience

  • Experience embedding psychometrics or behavioural tools in client settings.
  • Training or familiarity with the Mindflick Spotlight Profile.
  • A background in coaching, psychology, or behavioural science.
