Role Summary
As our Digital Marketer, you’ll be the engine behind our online presence, growing our reach, driving engagement, and turning digital touchpoints into real-world results.
You’ll own our social channels, craft campaigns that cut through the noise, and make sure our messaging lands consistently across every platform. You’ll plan, manage, and optimise both paid and organic activity, work with creative teams to design and test content, and ensure our website is performing at its best.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead our social presence - own all social channels, driving growth, engagement, and conversation with creative, impactful content.
- Plan and run campaigns - design, launch, and optimise both paid and organic campaigns that attract followers, build awareness, and generate inbound leads.
- Keep messaging aligned - ensure our website, socials, and campaigns work together seamlessly to tell a consistent, compelling story.
- Design and test creative - collaborate with our graphic designer, videographer, and behavioural science team to develop and iterate on assets that perform.
- Collaborate on content - turn key launches, events, and insights into ongoing digital campaigns that build momentum.
- Manage website performance - oversee site content, updates, and user flow, ensuring the experience drives engagement and conversion.
- Use data to improve results - track performance metrics, analyse trends, and use insights to shape strategy and decision-making.
- Mindflick platform/app marketing - bring our platform to life for current and future clients by helping drive adoption, usage and impact
Experience
Essential
- 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, or content marketing roles.
- Proven success in growing and engaging audiences across platforms.
- Hands-on experience managing paid and organic campaigns, including targeting and optimisation.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content.
- Comfortable using analytics tools to track performance and inform strategy.
- Collaborative and proactive, able to work closely with creative, content, and commercial teams.
Desirable
- Experience with B2B SaaS or software platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, website performance, and conversion optimisation.
- Experience with creative A/B testing and experimentation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot.

Salary + Benefits
- £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience).
- 25 days annual leave (+ UK bank holidays).
