At Mindflick, we’re on a mission to make performance psychology accessible and impactful for everyone.
Our platform, powered by the Spotlight profile, helps people perform at their best and bring out the best in others — at scale. It gives teams the tools to connect, collaborate, and thrive through self-awareness, stronger relationships, and personalised, in-the-moment nudges that keep growth front of mind.
Now we’re ready to take that impact further, and that’s where you come in. As Growth Marketer, you’ll fuel our mission by getting Mindflick into more hands, reaching new audiences, and turning awareness into action.
Role Summary
As our Growth Marketer, you’ll be the architect of our growth engine, designing, launching, and optimising campaigns that generate leads, build awareness, and drive adoption of the Mindflick platform.
You’ll experiment, test, and learn at pace. You’ll use data to make decisions, craft high-performing workflows, and develop targeted ABM strategies that put Mindflick in front of the right people at the right time. And you’ll do it all in close collaboration with our creative, commercial, and psychology teams. Turning behavioural insight into measurable results.

- Mindflick platform/app marketing - bring our platform to life for current and future clients by helping drive adoption, usage and impact
- Champion experimentation - embed a culture of testing, iteration, and optimisation across everything you do.
