The challenge

Warwick Business School (WBS) wanted to go beyond traditional leadership development—bridging the gap between theory and real-world leadership. While students were developing core leadership knowledge, they needed a practical, psychology-driven approach to help them understand their leadership style, collaborate effectively in teams, and make high-stakes decisions with confidence.

WBS sought to embed performance psychology into leadership education, equipping students not just with knowledge but with the awareness, adaptability, and skills to influence, create change, and navigate complex team dynamics in the business world.

 

 

The solution

Mindflick partnered with Warwick Business School to co-create Leadership Plus, a unique workshop-led programme that blends high-performance psychology with leadership development.
