Introduction

When building hospitals, schools, and homes in the world’s most challenging environments, teamwork is just as critical as technical expertise. As Article 25 expanded, they needed to align a growing team of architects, engineers, and operational staff. The challenge

Article 25 designs and constructs essential infrastructure—hospitals, schools, and homes—in communities that need them most. With over 100 building projects completed across 35 countries, their work transforms lives, bringing education, healthcare, and safer housing to those at risk.

Following a period of team expansion, Article 25 faced a new challenge: aligning a growing and diverse team of architects, engineers, and operational staff. As their organisation evolved, they needed to strengthen team cohesion, enhance collaboration, and embed a culture that could drive their ambitious strategy forward.

The solution

Mindflick partnered with Article 25 to deliver IGNITE, a dynamic one-day workshop designed to accelerate team connection and enhance performance conversations. Through IGNITE, Article 25’s leaders explored how to optimise their individual and collective impact, breaking down silos and strategically deploying their strengths to work more effectively together. The workshop was centred around three core themes.

The impact

Article 25’s leadership team reported a more constructive, strategic, and adaptable approach to teamwork—one that continues to shape how they collaborate and drive lasting change.
